Student pathway

Enrolment process agents support

The official seven-step Boston College enrolment process from our Enrol page — including Letter of Offer and CoE delivery to education agents.

  1. Step 1

    Application for Enrolment

Complete the enrolment and attach documents for application, including English proficiency evidence and prior qualifications where required.

  2. Step 2

    PTR & LLN

PTR (Pre-training Review) form and LLN test conducted (if applicable to qualification).

  3. Step 3

    Letter of Offer

Should the application be successful, Boston College will send the student or their education agent a Letter of Offer.

  4. Step 4

    Acceptance of Offer

If the offer is accepted, course fees must be arranged to Boston College before the due dates.

  5. Step 5

    Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

Once fees are paid, Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) will be given to the student or their education agent. A valid CoE is required to apply for a student visa.

  6. Step 6

    Visa

Once the CoE has been received, the student can apply for a student visa at their Australian Embassy or High Commission.

  7. Step 7

    Travel

After obtaining a student visa, travel arrangements to Australia can be organised. Boston College should be notified throughout the process, especially if assistance is needed.
